"The pre-departure session was really beneficial. Not only did it help clarify concerns towards all the things to be done in preparation for the exchange, but it was also really fun! The interactive games were very creative and brought out a lot of laughs! The tips on obtaining necessary items, such as VISAs, medical insurance and course approvals were also really helpful. There is a fair amount of preparation needed for an exchange, so the pre-departure session helped to alleviate some of the stress that students may feel when embarking on such a big adventure!"
