Exchange Programs: Leaving Western
1. General Exchange Information Sessions
One of your first steps in learning about participating in a Western Exchange Program is to attend an information session. These hour-long sessions will provide you with details on the application process, requirements and deadlines for all Western programs. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions, and at selected sessions you will be able to talk with Western students who have participated in an exchange.
General Information Session Dates, Times and Locations:
Students who are currently in the second year of an honours program at Western, and have a cumulative average of 80% or higher, are eligible to apply for this prestigious exchange program. Up to four Western students are selected for the exchange each year. Each selected student receives a scholarship from the Canadian Robert T. Jones, Jr. Foundation. The award amount for 2012-2013 is $6000.
__________________________ Beginning September 20, the International Exchange Coordinators will hold regular drop-in hours. If you have attended an information session and have specific questions about the exchange program, please visit the Exchange Office during one of the following times: Please conduct as much research as you can ahead of time, and come prepared with your specific questions.
