Winter 2014 Reception Service

The International and Exchange Student Centre (IESC) at Western provides a Reception Service especially for newly arriving international students. We are here to answer any questions you may have and help you get organized and settled here at Western and in London. The service includes iIndividual assistance from our IESC Welcome Team and IESC staff.

When does it start?

Thursday, January 2 to Friday, January 3, 2014 and
Monday, January 6 to Friday, January 10, 2014


IESC Welcome Team volunteers are available to meet with you and assist you upon your arrival on campus from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • Call the International and Exchange Student Centre:

NOTE: All Western University administrative offices, including IESC and Western International, will be closed on Monday, December 23, at 4:30 p.m. Our offices will re-open on Thursday, January 2, at 8:30 a.m.
