Looking for in-depth development of your writing abilities? Sign up for an Appointment and have an hour-long, one-on-one meeting with a writing counsellor. You can bring a particular assignment or simply come with general concerns. Got a quick question or need someone to give your paper a last-minute check? Our Drop-In services are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the term in our Weldon Library location, beside Quotes Cafe.
Designed specifically for incoming first-year students, our annual Summer Academic Writing Clinic introduces you to the ins and outs of writing at the university level.
Whether you have specific or general writing concerns, we have you covered. Our Writing in the Disciplines (WID) workshops target specific issues in short sessions.
Through GradWRITE, The Writing Support Centre offers services tailored to graduate students including one-on-one counselling, our annual Graduate Writing Conference, the Grad Lab and Online resources. Graduate Writing Workshops offered through GradWRITE address specific writing issues for graduate students.
